CERN Accelerating science

The IT Technical Forum’s (ITTF) mandate is to improve the communication within the IT department about technical questions. The targeted audience are members of the IT Department, only with some exceptions, such as joint ITTF-Computing Seminars and subjects that may justify inviting people from other experiments or departments.

The focus of this forum is on technical matters that may be of interest to all members of the IT department to avoid having to find about our colleagues work in a conference. The topics presented vary from formal projects to technical subjets or perhaps perceived issues that require some brainstorming, presented by anyone with a topic of interest to the IT department. For example, projects in early stages can profit from the technical expertise and suggestions from all IT experts.
