Do you have an exciting new idea that you want to share? IT Lightning Talks (ITLT) are the perfect opportunity to do so! ITLT are short sessions of 5 minute presentations on any topic related to computing technology or to the IT department. Lightning talks are an informal way to concisely communicate new ideas with others in IT, where everyone can share experience, seek advice, propose ideas, find partners, brainstorm, team-up…
How to participate
If you recently discovered something interesting, useful, surprising, worrying - tell others or come and see what your colleagues have to offer. Be surprised by their findings, learn from their experience, get inspired by their ideas!
These talks are hosted and managed by the IT department, but anyone is welcomed to join if interested. Announcements are sent by default to the members of the IT Department, but non-IT members can subscribe to the mailing list to stay informed on when the latest talks will take place.
Feeling inspired? Check the agenda , find more details on how to prepare for these Talks on their Twiki page and send an e-mail to the team at lightning-talks@cern.ch with your presentation proposal. Good luck!
